Héloise Delaire is a first-year PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Lydiane Nabec. Her thesis, titled "Sustainable Food Literacy of People in Situations of Precarity: Development of a Measurement Scale," focuses on understanding sustainable food practices through the perspective of consumers facing precarity. She holds a Master’s degree in STAPS and a Master’s degree in Public Health. For the past year, she has been researching food behaviors among vulnerable populations, aiming to contribute to sustainable and inclusive food systems.
