Juliette Bretéché is a current PhD student at the RITM, under the supervision of : Pr. Valérie Nicolas Hémar. Her subject takes place on the context of the ecological transition and sustainability of the food system, studying the acceptance and adoption of vegetal proteins by focusing on local food cultures.
She graduated from l'Ecole de design Nantes Atlantique in Food design, and worked several years as a graphic and food designer, as well as a teacher in different fields of design.
