Khadija Mazgou is a Professor of Economics and Management in Higher Technical Sections (post-secondary technical programs) who has qualified through the national Agrégation examination. She takes part in oral examinations for preparatory classes for business schools and delivers lectures at ISM-IAE, University of Versailles – Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. She also serves as a jury member for the external national recruitment competition for secondary school teachers. Her research interests include teacher evaluation, management tools, educational leadership, and the management of teaching careers.
