Laura Kreiling is giving two training sessions to technology transfer professionals at the course “Organising your KTO for growth and success” on 19-21 September in Leiden (the Netherlands). The European Knowledge Transfer Association ASTP-Proton invited Laura to present her work. The first session is on KTO activities reporting and the current state of national and international reporting initiatives in Europe and new metric development. In the second session, Laura presents her empirical research model of an holistic practice-based KTO maturity model. It is a new approach for holistic internal KTO performance management and she will detail its conceptual origins and application in practice.
