The 2026 RIEF Doctoral Meeting will be held at the University Paris-Saclay on June 11–12, 2026. This edition marks the 25th anniversary of the event.

Natalie Chen (Warwick University) and Thierry Mayer (Sciences Po) will be the keynote speakers of this edition.

The meeting will be organized by the economists of the RITM faculty (campus access).

A €500 prize, sponsored by CEPREMAP, will be awarded to the best paper presented. To be eligible, all authors and co-authors must be PhD students at the time of submission.

Please feel free to circulate this call for papers widely and encourage PhD students or early postdoctoral researchers to submit their work!

The submission deadline is February 15, 2026. Decisions will be communicated by mid-March.

Submitted papers will be refereed and selected by members of the RIEF Board. Decisions will be communicated by mid-March. Preference will be given to papers authored solely by PhD students (i.e., without senior co-authors).
