Faculty Profile

After completing my PhD in Management Sciences in 2025, I have just joined the RITM as an associate professor at Paris-Saclay University. My research focuses on self-employment and intermediation mechanisms (umbrella companies, platforms, etc.). I have demonstrated that when a client organization engages a self-employed worker, the relationship is embedded within a network of intra- and inter-organizational relationships, thereby challenging the roles of certain actors, such as the HR function.
