Ahmed Bounfour and Alberto Nonnis participated to the GLOBALINTO final conference in Oslo (Norway), held on Thursday April 28 and Friday April 29, presenting a comparative analysis on intangible capital investment in France and Germany and an evaluation of digital platformisation in Europe. The conference rounded off three years of work within the GLOBALINTO project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Program, to better understand and measure intangible assets and their relation to productivity, and to develop new measures of intangible assets in order to analyze the role of knowledge production and diffusion for innovation, productivity and growth. The final conference included presentation of key project findings by GLOBALINTO members, talks by invited experts and a closing panel discussion on support for growth policy to support the emergence of new high-productivity firms.
