Management Research Day: Working Tomorrow: Evolutions, Tensions, and Reconfigurations of Work

The research day “Working Tomorrow: Evolutions, Tensions, and Reconfigurations of Work” will take place on February 5, 2026, at the IUT of Sceaux.

Organized by Ewan Oiry and Pauline de Becdelièvre, the event will bring together scholars to discuss the major transformations currently shaping the world of work.

Throughout the day, thirty research presentations will be delivered in parallel sessions, addressing a wide range of topics including meaning and recognition at work, skills and competency transformations, artificial intelligence, new forms of employment, remote work, proximity management, and career mobility.

This research day aims to provide an open and interdisciplinary forum for scientific dialogue, fostering discussion on contemporary and future challenges of work.
