Interdisiplinarity

The RITM research center builds on multidisciplinarity to better analyze today’s major societal challenges. Our research covers two main disciplines: Economics and Management Sciences. Still, our researchers also appeal to Computer Sciences, Human Geography, or Political Sciences to study digital technology issues, strategic management and innovation, territories and mobility, sustainable economy, food, health, energy, environment and climate, public choices, or responsible management and marketing.

To promote and encourage interdisciplinarity, the RITM hosts three multidisciplinary teams that have joined forces to analyze Digital, Health, and Firms’ Technology issues and draw on the cross-disciplinary structures of the Saclay plateau, in particular the Graduate School of Economics & Management, the Maison des Sciences de l’Homme (MSH), and the DATAIA Institute.
